When we view an art work that moves us, there is a resonance with our personal experience which can also be collective. In the creative process, the artist has explored new elements through the work, and invites the viewer to make connections that can transform or expand the way we see, think and feel.

Please note that an entrance fee of R220 per day will be required. This can be purchased on arrival or online. Alternatively, an annual membership of R500 can be purchased on arrival or online. If you are already a member then bonus! No need to pay entrance fee.
We use a sliding scale fee model, allowing for events to be offered at multiple price points based on your financial circumstances.
For it to work, we’re relying on principles of truthfulness and accountability.
Facilitators deserve to be paid and course participants deserve to attend personal development courses which recognise the multiple realities of economic access and privilege.
Some courses have two payment tiers. Some have three.
Fee option 1 is a reduced rate for those whose budget genuinely cannot accommodate option 2.
Fee option 2 represents the fair and true cost of the course.
Fee option 3 is for those who are able to pay for themselves and pay extra towards making it possible for another person to attend a LRC writing course at a nominal rate. If total participant fees are particularly high, for reasons beyond our control, such as unavoidable additional external costs, we sometimes remove this third option.
